Our services
IdeaLogic provides tools for creating, training, operating, and managing AI-powered website chatbots and related features. Specific services, pricing, usage limits, support commitments, and additional terms may be described in an order form, subscription agreement, or other written agreement. If those terms conflict with these Terms & Conditions, the more specific written agreement controls.
Accounts and authorized use
You are responsible for information submitted through your account and for activity performed by users you authorize. You must provide accurate information, keep access credentials secure, and promptly notify us of suspected unauthorized access.
Acceptable use
You may not use the website or services to:
- Break the law, infringe intellectual-property rights, or violate another person's privacy.
- Transmit malicious code, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with service availability.
- Send spam, deceptive communications, or content intended to facilitate fraud or abuse.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the rights and permissions needed to provide content and personal information to the services. You are also responsible for reviewing chatbot configuration and responses before relying on or publishing them.
AI-generated responses
AI-generated responses may be incomplete, inaccurate, or inappropriate for a particular situation. Output should be reviewed using appropriate human judgment. IdeaLogic does not guarantee that every response will be accurate, current, or suitable for your intended use.
IdeaLogic materials
The website, software, logos, interfaces, documentation, and other IdeaLogic materials are owned by IdeaLogic or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. Except for the limited right to use the services under these terms, no rights are transferred to you.
Fees and service changes
Paid services are subject to the pricing, billing schedule, usage allowances, and renewal terms presented when you order them. We may update or discontinue features, provided that any material commitments in a separate written agreement remain governed by that agreement.

The services may connect to third-party websites, platforms, APIs, or integrations. Those services are controlled by their respective providers and may be governed by separate terms and privacy policies. IdeaLogic is not responsible for third-party services that it does not control.

Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, IdeaLogic will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from use of the website or services. Any additional liability terms in a written customer agreement will control for that customer.
Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend and indemnify IdeaLogic against third-party claims, losses, and reasonable expenses arising from your content, your misuse of the services, or your violation of these terms or applicable law.
Governing terms
These terms are governed by the laws applicable to IdeaLogic's principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these terms without our prior written consent; IdeaLogic may assign them in connection with a reorganization, merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
